Your room is ready, your housemates are waiting, and your new beginning starts here.

 

What to Expect:

  1. A clean, prepared room

  2. Friendly support to help you settle in

  3. A safe, stable place to call home

 

The first 5 steps are up to you!

Once you decide this is the place for you, fill out the intake form on Step 5, and we will get back to you ASAP!

 

 

STEP 1 — View the Home

Take a moment to look through the photos and get familiar with the rooms and shared spaces.

 

What to Do:

  1. View bedrooms and common areas

  2. See what’s included in the home

  3. Get a feel for the atmosphere and layout

STEP 2 — Read the About & Pricing

Learn who we are, what we offer, and how our home supports senior men seeking safe, structured living.

 

What to Do:

  1. Review rent and what’s included

  2. Understand our mission and community

  3. See if the stability we offer matches what you need

STEP 3 — Read the Rules & Policies

Review our safety guidelines, expectations, and house standards to ensure our environment aligns with your lifestyle.

 

What to Learn:

  1. Quiet hours and shared space etiquette

  2. Sober living requirements

  3. Chores, visitors, and community expectations

STEP 4 — Read the FAQ

Get answers to common questions about daily life at Cornerstone Coves.

 

What to Learn:

  • Details on visitors and overnight policies

  • Laundry, kitchen, and cleaning expectations

  • What to bring and not bring

STEP 5 — Fill Out the Intake Form

Tell us more about your background, needs, and what type of support you’re looking for.

 

What to Expect:

  • Quick online form

  • Sent directly to our team

  • It helps us understand whether the house may be a good fit.

STEP 6 — Schedule Your Interview

If your intake form looks like a match, we will invite you to schedule an interview.

 

What to Expect:

  1. Book online through a link we send

  2. Interview on Google Meet or Zoom

  3. Lasts 20–25 minutes

  4. Helps confirm goals, habits, and compatibility

STEP 7 — Formal Application & Background Check

If the interview goes well, you will be invited to complete your formal application.

 

What to Expect:

  1. Application link sent to your email

  2. Pay the $55 background check fee (non-refundable)

  3. Our team reviews your results and final details

If approved, you’re only two steps away from your warm and comfortable room.

STEP 8 — Submit Your Move-In Payment

Make your move-in payment through our secure property management portal.

 

What to Do:

  1. Pay a move-in total of $1,200.

✅ Includes First Month’s Rent: $1,000

✅ Includes a Refundable Security Deposit: $200

Payment confirms your room

STEP 9 — Schedule Your Move-In Day

We’ll schedule your move-in time, complete orientation, and welcome you home.

 

What to Expect:

  1. Choose your move-in date

  2. Receive a brief orientation

  3. Get settled into your room and community
